These lil puppies were one of the first healthy treats I ever made that actually tasted good. They're the perfect balance of sweet, fresh and healthy for an afternoon treat. Kinda like a l'arabar but, you made it yourself.
1/2 cup of dates
1/2 cup of almonds
3 tbs shredded coconut
Juice and zest of 1 lime
Pinch of sea salt
Step 1: Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until you achieve your desired consistency.
Step 2: Roll into balls with your CLAWS!
Step 3: Roll in shredded coconut and eat.
There you have it. You could make these into bars too. Experiment with your fave flaves and see what you can come up with! I'll show you my gingerbread version soon...
