Celery! It's is one of those ingredients that I used to kind of ignore. It's a bit annoying to buy if all you need is one stalk for a soup or something. I've now realized that celery is a very important component of soups and stews. There's a reason it's in so many recipes. It must be invited to the party!!! Here's how to make sure your celery never goes to waste and you always have some on hand. It's very simple. You probably don't require this many pictures to illustrate the concept, but what the heck.


How to Fulfill Your Celery's Destiny:

Next time you buy celery, don't just chop one stalk, chop it all.

Wrap these little guys up in a cozy aluminum foil nest, or just lay them out on a tray and put them in the freezer. You just don't want them to freeze in one huge clump.Once they're frozen, put them in a plastic bag and seal tightly.

Now, whenever you need celery for a soup... KABLOWY! You've got some on hand. So, so simple.
