This toner reduces pores, reduces redness, helps dry skin. Great for winter months.
What you need:
- Equal parts filtered or distilled water to witch hazel. You can get both these things at a drug store. Small bottle of witch hazel is about $3-$4.
- Rose essential oil ~10 drops
Mix the water and witch hazel together, and add the essential oil. Use a cotton pad to dab the toner on your face and neck. Don't forget to shake before every use and use moisturizer afterwards!
